1. Raw Materials Cutting and Blanking
Main Material: Q345 high-strength steel + wear-resistant steel (mixing drum/blades).
Laser Cutting: CNC precise cutting for flatter surface & accuracy ±0.5mm.
2. CNC Bending
CNC bending machine for one-time forming, ensuring consistent curvature of the frame & drum.
3. Robot Welding
Frame/Drum: workers do spot welding first, then robot will do complete welding which will no missed welds & minimal deformation.

4. Boring & Milling
