2 Units Flatbed Trailers Were Exported to South America

In August of 2023, our client Mr. Jemuel from South America contacted our sales manager Ms. Jessie and told her he is looking for a 40ft flatbed trailer which will be mainly used to transport pipes so the flatbed trailer should be with detachable barriers so that he can transport other items too. After discussed with him, we made all specification clearly including bottom steel, suspension, tyres, axles, landing gear, height of barriers, shipping way and so on. 

This 40ft tri axle flatbed trailer is with front board according to request of Mr. Jemuel. 

This flatbed trailer is with Mechanical Heavy Duty Suspension of 10pcs Leaf Spring

In order to reduce maintenance cost, customer decide to take single tyre 315/80R22.5. 

After this 40ft flatbed trailer got ready, our client is very satisfied with it and decide to order his second 30 Ton 20ft 2 axles flatbed trailer with 4mm checkered plate, 3mm side wall and height is 600mm, 4 sets container twist, 12R22.5 tubeless tyres. 

For shipping we choose to load 2 trailers together by 1x40ft containers to save cost. 

In March, 2024, Mr. Jemuel has already received these 2 semi flatbed trailers and he likes them a lot.
