Shipping

Generally we ship tractor truck by flat rack, roro or bulk vessel. One 40ft flat rack can load 2 units which will help customers save shipping cost.

Warranty

One year or 60,000 kilometers, whichever comes first from the date of shipping in B/L.

Original or high quality OEM spare parts will be offered at factory price once you need them.

Payment Terms

30% deposit first, then we will start production. Once we make the tractor head ready, we will send you detailed pictures and testing video.

After receiving balance, we will ship the truck in time.

Delivery Time

For tractor head we usually finish new production within 15 days after down payment.
